One of the ways we do this is through our open-concept approach. Unlike the traditional practice of separating pets from their pawrents for many procedures, we welcome pawrents to stay with their pets during selected non-sterile procedures such as blood collection, wound cleaning, and certain dental procedures whenever it is appropriate and safe for everyone involved. This doesnt just allow pet pawrents to better understand their pet’s care, but having a familiar person nearby can help many pets feel calmer and more secure. Because if your pet could speak, they’d likely ask you to stay 🩵
As pet pawrents ourselves, we understand that pets are family. That’s why we’re committed to treating every patient with the same compassion, transparency, and gentle care that we would want for our own beloved companions.
